Home » Busting 16 myths about the sex trade

The United Nations 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence encourages activities, from 25 November to 10 December.
2020 is the year to UNiTE to End Violence Against Women.

CATWA has come together with Aotearoa/New Zealand-based sex trade survivor organisation Wahine Toa Rising to collaborate on a booklet that combats some common myths about the sex trade.

This booklet questions some of the basic assumptions about the sex industry, and shines a light on common myths and misconceptions, and asks every person what they can do to combat violence against women.
